Payment/Shipping/Return Policies

Payments: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a secure payment link from CSM West (email sent from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com). Invoices can be paid using a credit or debit card, bank account, PayPal or Venmo.

Shipping: Orders of $100.00 or more ship for free (per order per shipping location). Orders of less than $100.00 will include a flat shipping fee of $19.99 per order per shipping location. Orders typically ship via a common carrier such as UPS or US Postal Service within 3 working days from receipt of your order payment. Orders ship from California.

Any damage or shortages must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. All claims must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

International customers will be liable for any VAT/duties that may be due on arrival.

Returns: All returns must have prior approval from TickTwister.us/CSM West. All returns must have a Return Authorization Form included within the return shipment.
